London teens married to syria IS militants

The news that two of the girls are married dashes any hopes their families had of seeing them return to Britain one day.


Two of the three east London schoolgirls who fled to Syria to join Islamic State have been married to militants in the terrorist group, their families have said.

Shamima Begum, 15, Kadiza Sultana, 16, and Amira Abase, 15, fled Britain in February.

The lawyer representing their families has confirmed the marriages of two of the girls.

Tasnime Akunjee would not say which of the girls had married and said he had no information about the status of the third girl.

But he confirmed the two girls had contacted their parents to say they had been married to what they called "approved" IS men in their 20s in ceremonies approved by IS authorities.

Horrible news unless you think these young girls actually agreed to this, or were even legally capable of (which I believe your beloved nation's laws say is not possible).

They chose to leave and marry in an islamic country they are out of our control thank God . They have been in touch with their parents and told them they chose their husbands before leaving so your wrong Ben on this one .

It's great news for the UK we don't want terrorists here thanks , but here is an article to show she had planned her husband and the trip .
