Another day, another member of the Queen's Guard getting angry at an annoying tourist. With their distinctive red coats and black hats, the troops are often the ultimate attraction for tourists to the UK, their debonair attire not really making them appear that frightening.Yet the Queen's Guard have begun to fight back at tourists not taking them seriously: just a few weeks after footage emerged of a photographer being barged into by troops as he stood in their way, a lone Guardsman has now scared off a pestering tourist in a video that will hopefully go a long way in ensuring Her Majesty's body guards get a bit more respect.

The shit those guys have to put up with daily, I am not surprised once in a while, one will lose his cool.

well it must be frustrating someone constantly following you and then touching you , they need to do their job and it must be annoying .

As for the other incident where the guards just pushed the tourist out of the way then i think that was wrong .

Not sure what I think about this tbh
I think he should be reprimanded - I don't think the Queen's guardsmen should show signs of "anger" or "aggression"

However, I can see the frustration of his job - but lots of jobs are frustrating and we can't all go around throwing things at people!

I'm sure he must have training on what is the correct protocol if touched or threatened and I assume he behaved within the confines of those protocols, if he didn't he will be reprimanded..

I have fought for my COUNTRY, when involved in a murderous fire fight you only think of your mates, but you can't get away with the fact that you would have to protect the Queen if needing to, after all, you do promise to.

see again you PROVE you are too stupid to be allowed loose in public without a carer....

the reality and absolute truth of it is that the queen herself, as a person is no more of value to the rest of us than anyone else

what IS vitaly important is THE OFFICE of the queen...i.e what she represents as part of england...the position she holds as head of state

just liike the OFFIcE of president Obama IS america

so the Queen IS England.....
