Re: a federal appeal court over turns decision to remove anti Muslim film!!!
Garcia said she had been paid $500 (£319) to perform in a movie called Desert Warrior that she thought had nothing to do with religion.
She ended up appearing in a five-second scene in Innocence Of Muslims, during which her character's dubbed-over voice asked if Mohammed was a child molester.
Google said Garcia had no claim because the filmmaker wrote the dialogue, managed the production and even dubbed over her lines.
That's just evil.

I thought that was out of order too. She might be targeted because of it.

Re: a federal appeal court over turns decision to remove anti Muslim film!!!
It doesn't appear to be a free speech case after all. Looks like a straight contract claim.
In exchange for money, paid and received, she acted in a film production. Obviously, she retained no script or production rights as to the nature of the film. Those rights belonged to the producer(s), whomever they were.
Actors write provisions into contracts all the time, which retain approval rights as to their depiction, or the script or direction of the file, etc., etc. She didn't.
C'est la vie...next time she'll be a little more assertive in contract negotiations, or pass up the money.
