I was going to say, that is more like an anti-tank rifle

erm NO....not unless you want to collect rabbit paste from the far distant horizon.....

strewth that thing is just crazy.....

25,400 ft lbs of energy

to give you some idea

a .22 long rifle is about 100ft lbs max

a 22 hornet centerfire is about 775 ft lbs

a .17 hmr is about 1000 ftlbs
and the .243 about 2,200 ft lbs

even the might .5 BMG round "only" makes 14,000 ft lbs.....

estimates??

from experience

I would say . depending on the make up of the head

with an expanding head (dum dum)
something like that would probably explode a cow at something like 2 miles...

the damage would be massive as it would STILL at that range have something like 80% of its energy to expend on the target

accuracy...difficult to say and depends on too many unknowns

there is little reason to think that it should not be deadly accurate however...

indeed

folks talk about guns with little appreciation of the scale of damage they can do.

if this round hit YOU at two miles with an expanding head they would have a job to find anything big enough to bury
