A Ukip candidate has retweeted a picture mocking the deaths of over 800 migrants who drowned in the tragedy in the Mediterranean at the weekend. Peter Endean, standing in Plymouth, forwarded a meme from a separate incident describing rescued migrants as "Labour's new floating voters".

Floating across the med on their way to UK and will no doubt vote labour when they get here.
