New Spice

check this out. the mother was visiting the aunt in Madrid and found this in her kitchen and brought me back some. OH MY GOD ITS FANBLOODYTASTIC. I have used it in pork chops steaks fish and chicken.
I have the dulce but when I order more (and I will have to cause its so damn fine) I will a) get a much bigger tin and b) try the picante and agridulce. doubtful the aunt will remember to bring some back when she finishes her MBA program.
anyway TRY IT. it says they sell to UK stores but you can order online --PRAISE THE PAPRIKA GODS.

what sort of paprika availability do you normally have?
I like smoked paprika is it really a lot better than normal?

I only have smoked Paprika but I think Cass has found the ultimate in smoked paprika perhaps?

veya - where I am I don't get markets like that so you are very very lucky. when I lived in Germany and Cyprus the spice markets were nose Nirvana.
ive cooked with and tried various different brands, countries, styles over the years but this to me has been taste bud blowing. the smokiness has been taken to a new height for me. even junior was jumping for joy over his porkchops.
