Budget 2015: Tories’ £1m inheritance tax break aimed at wealthier households
Sensitive papers reveal plans that would allow parents to pass a main property worth up to £1m to their children without paying any inheritance tax
George Osborne has drawn up plans that would allow parents to pass a main property worth up to £1m to their children without paying any inheritance tax, according to Treasury papers leaked ahead of Wednesday’s budget.
The proposed measure would also reduce the inheritance tax bill on properties worth up to £2m by £140,000 and the Treasury analysis concludes that the scheme would “most likely benefit high income and wealthier households”.
In papers marked as sensitive, and seen by the Guardian, it is identified that “those already living in the wealthiest fifth of households are most likely to receive an inheritance”. The tax break would cost the Treasury nearly £1bn and is aimed primarily at southern propertied middle-class households.

So much for George clamping down on the tax dodgers when he opens up new avenues for them to avoid paying their share.
Get these clowns out.

Absolutely everything they do is for their mates. George Osborne’s brother has been suspended as a psychiatrist five years after he was punished for misconduct over writing prescriptions. Adam Osborne has been barred from practising as a doctor while the General Medical Council considers fresh allegations.
The Mail on Sunday reported that he was accused of having an affair with a highly vulnerable patient, a married mother with psychiatric problems. There is no independent substantiation of its claim.

Prescriptions? Is that the way George gets his cocaine!

Well looking at him in the HoC a few weeks back you would have to believe that he may be on something right enough.
We'll see what his budget brings tomorrow and I hope he bears in mind the Bribery Act
