Actually something like this is what you can use psychologically against ISIS. They are bragging about this sniper and thus to take this sniper out, who they are glorifying, even more so by a female Kurdish sniper will be a major propaganda coup against ISIS.
Sorry war is not pretty and neither is the methods used, but this is a golden opportunity to demoralize those within ISIS.
