must admit that IT was the Scariest movie I saw as a kid (Maybe 10year old) much scarier than Freddy or Jason

I would probably smack the crap out of it, if it approcahed me Mad Embarassed Mad

no never read the book,
I am not so into Horror stuff as an Adult.

I think it is just one of those ones where I watched it at an age to give me nightmares forever. pale
