... but you're not, this is apparently a common-enough problem on Forummotion. What you have to do is clear out your browsing history and cookies. If you're like me and you rarely do that, it can take some time.

I was getting it. Your browser history (at top of page called Most Visited) has subordinate locations to the site. Press one of these and you are in. Then just go sign it.
