Lol - not sure but I suspect that is one of the spoof websites set up to demonstrate how not to build a website by putting all the no-nos on the same page.
It is amazing how bad some genuine sites are though.

Makes me shudder. There are pages and pages on correct web design and what not to do in order to keep as much passing traffic as possible and these break most of the rules.
They will not attract long term custom.

I get what you're saying, but for me these sites also have a certain gleeful anarchy that I kind of like

I tend to come at things more from a webmaster point of view -namely will this design gain me traffic (to be honest that is unlikely - content brings traffic) or will it drive traffic away (more than possible - if people dont like what a site looks like they will leave it regardless of content)
