Off again......to sunny Spain

Going away Monday night so be good peeps.
Wifi in hotel so I may check up on you all!

Will pop in and out till then, and as long as that bloody Icelandic volcano behaves then we should be flying early hours Tuesday morning.

lets see.....fish, shellfish, tapas, jambon, manchego cheese, potatas bravas, country bread, olives, olive oil, a sweet pastry roll that I cant remember the name of, sausages, more cheeses and fish soup (bit like boulliabaise - no onions).

Last time I went to Spain was to Torremolinos‎ and I haven't been back there since - terrible place full of a lot of clowns.
I've been to Madrid but that was with my work so not much chance to see much.
Spent some time in San Sebastian and Bilbao many moons ago and it was nice there. Even went from there by rail to watch Hearts play Real Zaragossa but never made it due to missing the rail connection half way due to visiting a local bar and then some more local bars. lol

I got a tour round Athletico Bilbao's stadium when I was there and the place was amazing. Nothing like Tynecastle at all Laughing

I even had a kick about outside with some of the locals and I think I mesmerized them with my keepie uppy and dribbling skills and that some of the kids looking on torned out to be budding Iniesta's or Alonso's. Laughing

nope...out of the 6 ladies I was the only one not confined to quarters, so I spent my time time dodging vomit everywhere on the ship to play Mary bloody Poppins with cups of weak tea and water. it was one of them booze cruises (I wanst aware of that aspect when I said I'd go). the bay of Biscay in October? oh God it was awful awful awful.
