McDonalds NOW with edible meat!!!
Well My US friends you can now enjoy McDonalds without eating something deamed Unsafe for Human Consumption
You can thank Jamie Oliver for Making it so you Actually get some Beef in those Supersized Big Macs
http://www.zgeek.com/thanks-jamie-mcdonalds-us-might-have-to-use-edible-meat-in-their-meat-now/
And Interesting side article from When Jamie Oliver Started telling People about the 'Pink Slime' burger patties used in the USA
http://www.lifehacker.com.au/2012/01/mcdonalds-doesnt-use-pink-slime-in-australia/
As it points out this Stuff(meat processed with ammonium hydroxide) is not food, it is not allowed to be used in Australia in anyway shape or form. Not even Dog food.

I quit eating at McD's years ago after finding out how they made their chicken mcnuggets. Gross! Their milkshakes contain no dairy.

HFS! In related news:
http://www.businessinsider.com/big-macs-cost-if-mcdonalds-doubled-pay-2013-7#ixzz2bF0Ayp8Y
Fast food workers from McDonald's and other major companies are striking for higher pay.
The strikers are seeking wages of $15 per hour—about twice the minimum wage.
McDonald's CEO Don Thompson told Bloomberg TV last week that the company is an “above minimum-wage employer.”
McDonald's pays an average hourly wage of $7.81, according to Glassdoor. This puts it just above the national average of about $7.50.
