You got shopping to do Girl  :::cass:::  :::cass:::  :::cass:::  :::cass::: Never heard of this brand of Tequila but they do give the recipe.

Partida Tequila Candied Bacon – This is what we call Super Food!

1 cup (ish) Partida Tequila
1 lb thick-cut hickory smoked bacon
1/4 cup brown sugar or Agave syrup
Zest from 2 limes
Cayenne pepper

1. Lay strips of bacon in a baking dish. Add Partida so that all the bacon is covered by the tequila — Don’t be stingy! Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

2. Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove bacon from fridge and pour out the tequila. Yes, you have committed a party foul, but you did it for the bacon.

3. Pat each piece of bacon dry using paper towels. Rub brown sugar or agave syrup onto each side of the bacon, and lay pieces in a dish or a baking sheet. Sprinkle the cayenne and lime zest on top.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Allow bacon to cool. Start the Partida!

I wonder if the Baconed tequila can be used for something else
pretty sure it will work as a steak marinade
