I don't know what it is about this one, perhaps it's because many of their songs were so sad but I can't help singing along to this one

Re: Songs that Give You Happy
Oh goodie, a music thread! I've been experiencing a reawakening. I got into collecting boomboxes recently and has a lot to do with this all, I forgot how fun it is to hold your music, to take all that goodness with you as you're walking around :-) I've rediscovered the radio, and am actually finding a lot of the newer music out there isn't half bad.
Some songs have been dominating my playlist. At the top is none other than Justin Timberlake, with "Not a Bad Thing." I've never been a fan of him, but I am now. This song draws me in like a tractor beam. One of very few songs I know so well I could karaoke without lyrics help, but it's in a key right between my normal and falsetto voice, grr!
A close second is "Red Eyes" by The War on Drugs. It turns out the whole album is pretty good. I also like "Disappearing" and "An Ocean in Between the Waves." But back to Red Eyes. I've had only this song on repeat and never get tired of it. It makes me feel like I'm either about to or just finished some incredible feat. This video a user made comes close to encapsulating that feeling.
A new band called Vancouver Sleep Clinic has caught my attention with their new album. I love this track.

Switchfoot has surfed into my head with this tune:
The Swedish band NONONO has taken me with "Pumpin Blood."
This is a favorite sing-a-long, as well as "Maps" and "Daylight."
It's subsided now, but I was listening to "Levels" non-stop for a while.
And finally "Counting Stars" by OneRepublic.

Rather listen to the radio than watch tv anytime.
My Mum died last year, so I love this.
