Police Want To Force A 17 Year-Old Boy To Have An Erection, And Then Take Pictures Of It
A 17 year-old Virginia teenager who is under investigation for sending a consensual sext to his 15-year-old girlfriend may be forced to have an erection in front of police as evidence in the case.
The boy, who the Washington Post will not identify for privacy reasons, is being charged with two felonies — one for possession of child pornography (sexts from his girlfriend) and one for manufacturing child pornography (taking video of himself). He faces time in prison, as well as permanent placement on the sex offender registry.
Police have already taken photos of the boy’s genitals as a part of their investigation, his lawyer told the Post. But they want to bring the teen to the hospital and inject him with something that will force an erection, to compare his erect penis to that in the video found on his phone.
University of Pennsylvania law professor David Rudovsky, who specializes in invasions of privacy by police, doubts that there is legal standing for police to pursue such measures.

This is crazy, absolutely crazy. If he had sent to pictures to lots of people and she suffered bullying and abuse because of it I could see the point, although I wouldn't agree to them forcing him to have an erection. I just don't understand how the police got it and why.

If it was hacked from his phone or computer, then I guess Andy Coulson or Hugh must be considered suspects.

Virginia is the state without any sense. Remember, Virginia is the state that passed legislation that women seeking an abortion must have some transvaginal mesh implanted.
It is not an invasion of privacy. Nor is it a taking, in the sense of a blood sample or a voice recording. It is a forcing. As a result, it is a violation of the liberty clause of the US Constitution.

doesn't matter if if was consensuel or not - she is under legal age and that is the law. there are plenty of media outlets and schools etc....who tell kids this is wrong and against the law and don't do it but they go ahead and do it thinking they wont get caught......well oopsie.
as to making hum gave an erection? that is going too far and they have enough evidence already.
stupid stupid kids.

What is the point of trying to protect a 15 year old girl from her boyfriend's stiffy, which she has probably emptied a few times already.

I'm afraid Cass is right one, Andy. Underage involvement is a status crime: because the girl is underage, she hasn't the status to be able to consent. That's how young men and women get into so much trouble fooking these underage children...although Caucasian women get the obligatory lucky break. Check out Debora LaFave.
But in this case, consent doesn't enter into it. The boy was manufacturing and possessing porn (pic of himself), an offense complete in the doing. The girl is just a witness and the sex-texting doesn't matter.
