Banned from Flop

Bearing in mind that I haven't actually posted there since 21st May, I received the following charming message from it's smooth talking Admin.

"Information
You have been banned from this forum.
For the reason : trouble making and being a
whiny little shit stirrer but kudos for
working the system to your advantage
seems room 102 worked very well for you".

The inference is that Dean and Hugh were complicit in posting the hacked messages onto Flop, presumably with the intention of causing Sassy and I aggravation and causing mischief to this forum. From his post, it looks as if this was arranged behind closed doors again - this time a room 101 Mark II called rather unimaginatively - room 102.
For those who don't know - Dean and Hugh have done this before to a different forum, with the intention of causing havoc there, calling it the Room 101 saga.
As Dean says, it does seem to have backfired, I suspect he didn't think we would bite so hard, and Forumotion Litigation team don't seem best pleased with him either - deleting the Chit Chat section behind Dean's back whilst he was on holiday.
No-one has seen or heard from Hugh from 20th June. Coming down from 20 posts per day to silence must be agony for him. Like Internet cold turkey.
I DO hope he is ok.

So they are trying to make out it was a set up and wasn't really done, after all they say Room 101 didn't exist (I have the screenshots). They must be desperate if they are trying to pass it off as that. Perhaps that is what they are trying to tell Forumotion Litigation.   

BTW, although Forumotion shut the Chit Chat section, having looked today, the thread is still in process of investigation. I'll leave them to it, they have done very well so far in working out what the truth is.

BTW BA, this isn't a news section.

I am keeping a beady eye on the Middle East, BA. Looks like it is turning nasty.

Room 101 existed on flap, it was created for a purpose and deleted when it achieved its aim.

Room 102 and an tacit admission it was all orchestrated i would forward that email to the litigation team Andy ...the admin of a known hate site and possibly hacking crew blaming the victim and sending abusive emails
That's got to worth there attention and just illustrates your case quite nicely i would say

Rest assured KD, it will be. Dean might have banned me for being the victim of his hacking, but in no way will I be silenced or satisfied until justice is done. The permanent banning of those responsible (Jardon) and a full and public apology from Dean on here. I am sure one of his lackies will be rushing over to flop to copy and paste this.

Hacking of PMs on one Forumotion site being posted on another
to just add context to this issue, this person and others have been trying to get my site closed down for the last 2 years or so ever since she was banned for disrupting the forum. It seems that they do not agree with the concept of free speech unless it is there speach that is free. A whole group of them have been trying concertedly to have us closed down. there have been numerous derogatory comments made on the newsfix site about my Muslim wife who apparently is fair game to those people. Perhaps they just don't like Muslims or maybe it is British people being married to Muslims. Who can tell but they have been making these comments for several years now since they found out she was a Muslim. Will this mean you will be deleting sections from newsfix as well???

I am rather concerned that you have taken what is said by this person without any contact with me or the site. Also you or someone has removed over 60000 posts from our chit chat section which seems rather draconian.

As far as I know handy andy denied they were pm's at the time.
Perhaps they were, perhaps they weren't. I have been away for the last 6 weeks so have not been online so much and using FM on a phone is not that easy.

If I might say so, it shows forumotion up in a very bad light. I was previously a moderator on another forumotion forum, still a member, and I consider that doing something like that, without any warnings is extremely underhand. If you can't do anything, thats fine, the forum is after all just a vent place for right wing extremists and holocaust deniers.

I have tried to go through you complaints section, but it required a screen shot which is not applicable in this case. The Forum is Electricsky.forumotion.co.uk. The administrator banned all her moderators, I was one, because we disagreed with her. She keeps extending the ban so that we cannot delete our accounts, even though I have asked her through the contact button. She banned me for trolling, which she cannot show I did, and she banned another mod, who has never made a racist post in her life, for racism, which we consider defamation of character. She posted private posts from the mod board all over the forum and frankly seems rather strange. I went through the unsubscribe process, but because of the ban it did not work. Please unsubscribe me as quickly as you can, I do not want to be associated with this person any longer than necessary.

TiTS, just drop it - you're constantly forcing me to make fools out of you all.

Nobody has tried to get you shut down Dean, we simply resented illegally obtained pm's being posted and left up. If you were away so long, you should have left someone in charge, and litigation have screenshots of the pms. Perhaps next time you will think about whether illegal things should be allowed or not. Andy Coulson is probably thinking the same. In fact, I hear you are calling it Room 102 and saying it was done on purpose as a set up.

He was told off for trying to start a flame war and they asked me if, as it was now being handled by Litigation, I would be happy for the thread to be closed. I said that as I was very happy at the way Litigation was handling it, they could do so.

Yes, that was their first thoughts until Litigation took over with the screen shots, then they acted.

Especially the one that Hugh said he had plenty more that he was going to leak gradually!

And that remark was posted by a volunteer of forumotion and if you had looked further down they gave me the link to go through to the Managers, and then the link to go to Litigation.
