Man forces his way into home, terrorizes family from Iraq

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —A woman may have been the victim of a hate crime.
Police said the woman is from Iraq, and the man who beat her did because he thought she was a Muslim. She is actually Catholic.
The man forced his way into her family's apartment off Montgomery Boulevard.
Investigators said he punched the woman in the faces while screaming, 'I hate Muslims.' He then stole cash and gold from the home, and ripped the family's citizenship papers into pieces.
Police think the man targeted the family.
"This is a family that fled Iraq in 2007 because of religious persecution. This family is not Muslim. They're Catholic and they fled because they were being tormented in their own county," Officer Simon Drobik said.
The woman did not get a clear description of the man. Police think he may belong to an extremist group.

So as seen this poor woman was the victim of a racist, racial, religious, stereotype, hate crime.

I don't think he would have cared whether she was Catholic, Muslim or Pastafarian --- he decided she was the "other" and justified everything in his mind beforehand. That's what people who are full of hate do -- they can't be spoken to or reasoned with.

This would have been terrifying.

No matter what religion, as some have said, this attack would have happened.

There have been warnings for so long that if our weak leaders and soft touch people keep allowing forced immigration and the displacement of the indigenous people, some will fight back.

I believe we had home invasions during the Vietnamese settlements, too. It is carrying the old disputes into the new world. Eventually, it will evolve into normal crime, visited upon weak victims.

But, the victims are not always weak. Some of them are from the old war. In an upscale part of town, here in the Bay area, we had some hoods who broke into a $3-million home, where a physician and his son and daughter and wife lived. Both sides were Vietnamese.

We don't know whether it was political or a straight out burglary, but the bad guys were found shot with their heads stove in by a shovel. Dad shot 'em in the front hall, before being shot and killed himself. But the boy found the shovel and finished off the wounded home invaders by crushing their skulls.

Gotta remember those guys have been through a lot and they got skills. They ain't easy to take down. Unfortunate about this incident. But it won't be long before the tables turn, methinks.
