Paxman quits newsnight

Jeremy Paxman to step down as presenter of Newsnight

Maybe another less biased anchor person will bring the programme back to where it once was.
But isn't Piers Morgan in the market for a job. Heaven help us if he gets it.

Don't think he is biased at all Gerbs, he takes the opposite view to the person he is interviewing to question them. Would be a bit useless if he agreed with them.
Piers Morgan, surely they won't inflict him on us?

Agreed, Paxman was as blunt with Tommy Robinson as he was with Caroline Lucas; Left or Right he took the contrary position and usually left his interviewees sweating. Let's hope they get someone just as relentless
