Twitter's reaction to David Cameron being stung by a jellyfish
The Prime Minister has been given a bit of a shock and not everyone was keen to give sympathy - but they did offer to help wee on the affected area
David Cameron has been stung by a jellyfish - but not everyone is full of sympathy for the PM.
Twitter has been united in offering a solution to his sting with a well-known and traditional cure.
Others have offered helpful comparisons between the Tory and the spineless, slimy creature.
The painful encounter happened as Mr Cameron went for a swim off popular Arrieta beach on the Spanish island of Lanzarote.
Locals have been reported as saying the politician was warned of the dangers in the water - but immediately went back in. Ouch.
