Gomer Pyle Gets Gay-Married

i had read that this morning and since i had the day off i went over to youtube and found some Gomer Pyle USMC shows. LMFAO! Sgt Carter's demeanor with Gomer is classic.

Golleee!!!!

Good for Gomer.
Gomer is from my area. He worked for Channel 12 (CBS local affiliate) in Chattanooga, TN before he became famous. He would visit with friends here on Lookout Mountain for many years. I talked to him once on the CB radio back in the 70's. Somebody tried to get him to give us a "golleee" on the CB, but we got a "Shazam" instead. He wouldn't say his trademark "gollee."
