Single dad adopts baby with Down syndrome rejected by 20 families: ‘She is perfect’
Luca Trapanese is one of the only single dads who’s ever adopted a newborn in Italy, due to their strict laws. He wants to show the world that Down syndrome is beautiful, and so is his daughter Alba.

You really do find some great heart warming video's to watch.
This is a match made in heaven, that little girl is a joy and her dad is an angel.
Downs syndrome kids have so much joy to give. When I was a kid I grew up with a neighbour, the same age as me, who was very similar to this little girl. She would play with us for hours, and I will never forget her.
We also have a neighbour here who's son has Downs. He grew up with my own son, they would play together for hours. What did annoy me even back then was so very few of the other kids or parents would include the lad in their games, or parties, or days out, yet he was no more trouble than the other kids, and actually a lot better behaved than some of them, he didn't have a bad bone in his body.
He and my son....now both in their 40's, hug each other and carry on conversations when they see each other even now.
