Horrific moment a gang targeting drunk people for their cellphones viciously beats, stomps on and strips a man before hitting him with a potted plant and riding over him with a bicycle
Police in Minneapolis have arrested more than a dozen suspected gang members, some as young as 13, accused of preying on drunk people and robbing them of their cellphones and valuables in a series of violent attacks.
One of the incidents took place on August 3 at the Target Field plaza and was captured on surveillance video.
The graphic recording shows a gaggle of about 12 teenagers and young men surround two men playing a game of dice on the sidewalk.
About 40 seconds into the video, one of the ruffians appears to snatch a man's cellphone. The victim shows resistance, prompting one of the attackers to throw the first punch
From there, the violence quickly and dramatically escalates.
After going through his pockets, the perpetrators proceed to repeatedly punch the victim, kick him in the head and stomp on him.
While the man is lying supine on the ground, several of the assailants jump on him, and one of them body-slams the man.
The footage shows the attackers ripping the victim's shoes and pants off, and trying to remove his boxer shorts.
The victim is seen in the video cowering and trying to protect his head with his hands from brutal blows raining down on him.

One of the primary roles of government is to protect people and their property. Perhaps if they focused on that instead of the myriad of other things it does, it would be more successful in that endeavor?

Minneapolis police are spineless coward shiteaters...
Never forget that they went to ground last year to defend their own, over multiple police killings of innocent citizens.. Even now, more interested in watching their own backs, instead of 'policing the streets' and actually preventing crimes..
It took the cold blooded murder of an Aussie woman to get some semblance of justice -- and even then, the case was handed to state police and courts to investigate and prosecute, as it was well known that the corrupt and cowardly Minneapolis city and police officials are a bunch of corrupt cunts, unwilling to look after their own residents.
And also never forget the influx of "black racist" activists during the trial, as they attempted to defend a coloured cop killing a white woman -- instead of thinking about protecting the bulk of Minneapolis residents/citizens against their corrupt police and city officials..
And now they have teenage gangs rampaging wild across their neighbourhoods... Maybe if the corrupt city officials and scumbag cops had actually been doing their jobs, they could have been acting on their known problems earlier.. I wonder if most of those teens will be punished -- or if the police look instead to recruiting a few into their ranks ?

Great idea. If government would protect people from disease and accidents, instead of worrying about affairs that are none of their business in Iraq, we'd all be better off.
Nothing could be more important than protecting people from the enemy within. I'd love to see a NHS in America, and a few less frivolous toys for Admirals and Generals.
