Corbyn can hardly claim ignorance of Hamza's widely publicised affiliations, or the allegation of terrorism against him.

These dated back to at least 1999, as the 'mastermind' behind a kidnapping in the Yemen. With a son and stepson both convicted of the botched plot.

Hamza was eventually convicted of several counts in the UK, including soliciting to murder, and in 2012 was extradited to the US, where he was convicted of the Yemen & other plots and will live out his days in ADX Florence, Colorado.

It wasn't just Abu Hamza who was associated with Finsbury Park Mosque at that time, the shoe bomber Richard Reid worshipped there, as did many other terrorists and extremists.

Just the sort of place Corbyn would got to after 9/11.
