Okay, true, we don't have Gaviscon (I googled it) in the U.S., but I knew immediately that it was going to be an antacid that sounded like Gav is gone

No, but I once saw him on stage at Caesar's Palace, Luton (no - I kid you not!) and it was bloody surreal.
Michael Bentine was ever more weird!
