Intriguing impressions and imagery.  I would definitely like to see a show of his.

Might even buy the kindly old man in the blue shirt--reminds me of Vic--or the sprightly, impish Irishman with the larger.  5-stars.

He does both Syl. Some he has captured from old pictures of the family and others his imagination

He does some exhibitions mate, but not enough yet to do this full time

He is also a qualified chef, do definately an artist 

The family is very talented

His dad (me uncle) was a boxer (second in from the left) and so is his niece

I like the drama of her paintings: the first 3 women have ash-white, blood red and corn yellow hair respectively. 

Pays due attention to detail & the general standard is high.

I recognise Girl with a pearl earing, David Attenborough, Judy Garland and the gorgeous Audrey Hepburn....all painted in his own style which is great.
I imagine the couple laughing into each others eyes is a wedding portrait of his mum and dad.
Thats the thing about a good painting, it makes you paint a story around what you see.
