A man with a glasses fetish stopped a woman in the street and forced her to wear sunglasses while performing a sex act in front of her.
Leon Sterba had already been banned from going to an opticians without an appointment due to previous offences related to his sexual attraction to women wearing glasses.
The 33-year-old left his victim feeling ‘sick’ after the incident in Cardiff on September 28.
