A male bank director who occasionally dresses as a woman has been slammed for ‘making a mockery of women’ by accepting a place on a list of the Top 100 Women in Business. Philip Bunce, who works at Credit Suisse, claims to be ‘gender fluid’ and ‘non-binary’ and will split his time ‘fifty-fifty’ between Pippa and Philip - occasionally dressing in a wig and dress. But his appearance on the Financial Times & Her-oes Champions of Women in Business list has been branded ‘insulting’ by those who think occasionally dressing as a woman is not enough to qualify.

Mr Bunce, who worked his way up through the company as a man – a company which typically pays its male employees more – only started cross dressing at work four years ago.

Instead of appearing on the male equivalent list of top 100 people in business however, he has chosen to appear on the female.

This has led Kiri Tunks, co-founder of Woman’s Place UK, to speak out.

In an interview with The Times, she said: ‘This makes a mockery of women and their achievements and begs the question does Bunce simultaneously feature in top 100 male executives and if not, what were his particular achievements as a woman to merit inclusion in the female list?”

While LGBT activist Kristina Harrison, who was born male but transitioned 20 years ago, labelled Mr Bunce’s appearance on the list as ‘insulting’.

So assuming unequal pay was remotely right, does he get paid as a woman on the days he dresses like one and do any female employees who say they are non binary , get male rates of pay on the days they go in dressed like a man?

Very witty Vintage Laughing

And spot on. Its illegal to pay women less for doing the same job as men and there is a number of reasons for the disparity on average overall to the pay gap. In fact in the younger age bracket, women are paid more than men on average, which is often overlooked. When its no surprise when more women are going to University. Sadly people do not want to look at the many causes and end up politicizing this.

There is no doubt there is a multitude of reasons for the pay gap, of which a small percentage of that is sexism. Though those on the extreme left think its all sexism and this idiocy is being taught far and wide in many Universities by extreme identity politics lefties in the Humanities departments. That is filled with countless biased leftist Professors. Who do not represent the majority of the left. They are a fringe extreme group, trying to brainwash people into believeing their bullshit. The reality is there is many factors for the pay gap. Its why I am becoming so bored and tired of argumenents by the left that hail themselves as champions of all that is good. You find good people on the left and right of the political spectrum that agree on a number of things. Yet it seems the left have regressed and seem to want to alter this all by something appalling as equality of outcomes.

This is why it annoys me no end, how and even yesterday we saw this. That Ben claimed the "Magna Carter was an extreme progessive left wing policy for the time. Where he did not have a scooby doo what he was talking about. This is the extent of this poor tribalism. That anything seen to be good, is seen as only on the left. What we have here is an age old problem, gone unabated for centuries in the concept forms of good and evil. Its incomprehensible for those who follow this leftist identity politics to ever see. That in fact in many areas of history, right thinking people have helped progress societies. They simple assign this always to the left. Its a completely false narrative.

Now I do not deny the many progressive elements that have come from the left of leftist philosophy and even hold some of these views myself, espcially around equality under the law. Where again many have been instrumental in helping people no matter left or right, come to see them as just and fair. Its why the US and Britain has seen both people on the left and right vote to have changes for the better for all. This could not be done without people on the right being in agreement and persuaded to thus then vote together with the left on certain social views.

Yet now some are trying erase this and force equality of outcomes based off identity politics. This fringe element is taking it beyond equality. Its trying to cast people as bad or good based on skin colour. Exactly the same psudeo bullshit presented in the past with scientific racism in the 19th century. Now the view is reversed and people of white skin are seen as inherantly wrong and have to be seen as the evil of today. Its nothing more thaan this very same bullshit racism, that has like any virus mutated. That now people have to see themselves with fair skin as to blame for all the past ills in the world. No matter that countless groups classed as white have suffered centuries of persecution and genocide.

These extremist leftist racists are not fighting racism. They are creating racism all over again. People are now being taught to be ashamed of the skin colour they have, based off the past. It flies in the face of what Dr Martin Luther King Jr taught on judging people by their character and not the colour of their skin.

That is a slippery slope that will never see any justice and only favours a perceived victim status to people. I mean even recently Asians had been denied entry into Harvard and as it turns out based on quotas for Black, White and Hispanic students. So an Asian student loses out, to someone less qualified based on equality of outcome. That is wrong and racist in every sense of the word, as the best and most gifted students should be chosen, no matter what background, ethnicity or class they come from. This shows up the very failing of the absurd and quite ridiculous concept of equality of outcomes. What matters is equality of opportunity, which here has clearly failed many Asian Students. When the flawed concept of equality of outcomes was applied.

They are doing this from a tribalistic view point to see the right as bad and the left as good. When reality, there are people on both left and right as seen that share similar views to help make society a a more fair society for people. Just as there is people to be found on the extreme right and left that are utterly hateful. Sadly I think more and more we are seeing this regressive tribalism, that sees the right as only something that is bad and yet here we see many women. Rightly very put out. That a biological man, can just turn on and off their gender to suit and then be awarded this award meant for women. It makes a mockery towards women who have spent their lives in achievement.

This award was nothing more than done in the name of Political correctness.

The more people stand up to this very divisive and tribalistic identity politics the better.

I mean, how can someone gender neutral and this is how they assign themselves. Win an award set aside for women?

Why not introduce another award for gender neutral people, trans etc?

All I see is men taking advantage of this in sports. Who could never hope to be number one in the mens category. Then claim to be women, dominating the field. To  then shut out many biological women out of ever receiving any awards.

If people cannot see that, then they are blind to the ambitions of people.

Anyway, have things to do, so have a good day.
