Regardless of May's charm offensive and spin, the stark realityty is it is all utter bollocks.
Hammond has no money to hand out.
The money saved from leaving the Eu will repay the payoff fee.
Expect income tax to rise by 3-5%.
And a penny on NI.
And the personal allowance will be frozen.
The poorest will pay.
