It was the gestapo who arrested people for not committing crimes...!!!

But even though you admit this man had not committed any crime... you attack me for pointing out this fact... and the fact that the police action was therefore just a totally unlawful unjustified physical assault, and that this was also an attack on the basic right to freedom & liberty...!?

I never attaccked you over any fact. I simple am pointing out the fact you have continually failed to condemn him and still continue to do so

So now Tommy thinks any stop and search is physical assualt, as he must, based on arresting people for stop and search and breach of the peace

'...he was handcuffed by police, moments after holding up a banner reading “f**k Islam”...'
