I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’ve had enough.
I can eat loads in one day and almost nothing, the next. I’ve always been that way.
They did an experiment once, where they sat a few people down and gave them their normal portions of their favourite meal, but they blindfolded them.
They told them to stop when they felt satisfied.
All of them had about just under a third left on their plate. The experts concluded that a lot of us eat mostly “with our eyes”.
