Paedophile Rapist Receives 12 months jail term !

 

LAST month, a 28 year old High school teacher was sentenced to 12 months jail, with 2 years probation,  for having an ongoing sexual relationship with an underage student...

"He's a child. Doesn't matter if people say he was 17 or 16. That's what the law says," the victim's mother said.
The boy's mother says he has tried to kill himself at least three times since Murray was arrested.

WHAT the Hell !!!    WHERE is the "justice" in that sentence ???

JUST IMAGINE if it had been a 27-year-old MALE teacher with a 15 year old girl ?

"HE" would most likely be looking at 10-15 years with no parole...

THIS ongoing injustice, re: female sex offenders, is common across the western world..    

Male sex predators are definitely seen as more threatening than female sex predators, but another factor at work here is the overcrowded prison system. We routinely see people getting tiny sentences and even probation for crimes as serious as "conspiracy to murder" if it means not having to house another prisoner.

Why is this? Well, it's because we've been putting people into prison for having an ounce of marijuana in their pocket when they get pulled over for running a traffic light. This militant, unthinking intolerance of anything drug-related has us in pretty deep shit!

Technically speaking, she's not a paedophile because the boy was not prepubescent. Dreadful thing to do though - why can't people control themselves?

I deliberately exaggerated the wording of the title for two reasons :

1. To gain more people's attention to this story...

2. To contrast this story with BigAndy and Drinky's always obsessively concentrating their attentions on "black", "coloured" and Asian men 'grooming' teenage girls..  

NOTE how the likes of B'Andy, Shady, Drinky and Smelly' have ignored commenting on a story that concerns a white Anglo-Saxon protestant female teacher exploiting her student(s).
Maybe that's the way R/W fantasies lean ?

If you read the UPI story, it doesn't raise the term paedophile.  Rather it describes the young man as an eighth grader.  I don't know Texas law, but generally laws dealing with sex with minors, simply incorporate the age.

We use the word of paedophile generally to lend shock value to a story.  As Bee says, that's why he used the term.

This story is a new version of an old tale.  We've analyzed and dissected the stories of Mary Kay Letourneau Debora La Fave and Kelsey Peterson completely.  In the American criminal justice system their are ranks, to which we generally give progressive favoritism.  Lowest are Black males, then Black females, then White trash, thence on to White males.

The most favoured is of course the Caucasian Female.  Apparently, it is society's feeling that she belongs in bed, not a jail cell.  Just when the State of Florida was arranging for La Fave to go free with just an ankle bracelet, the State of Arizona was giving a man in Prescott Arizona received 22-years for making love to a senior high school student.
