Why does my blue balloon not show?

Even worse, why does it sometimes show I am in London??

That "who's online" map is basically useless -- one time it showed me in Kansas, in the middle of a field or some shit.

No, that would only apply if your own balloon isnt showing.

Quick update on the balloon situation.
NO ONE in the UK has one even though several UK posters are online
, However there are three in the US, but Quill is the only blue balloon.
I will report back if there are any changes in the foreseeable. x
