It would have been interesting if you had come back to the thread and added your own opinion.

What is there left to say, that has not already been said?

How again, this has gone on for so long and why are not the people involved held accountable in the councils, social services, Police etc.

Its gone on so long because these gangs have been allowed to flourish...for 4 decades in some places, and its still going on.

I mentioned a poster from way back....he was dedicated to showing footage taken over the years, proving how rife this was across the country.

Nothing has changed since then, apart from a few jailed and held up as an example to others. Rolling Eyes
