Pretty sure it's the location of your avatar image.
it might be worth saving the avatar image to your computer and uploading it using the formation tool.

Take out the avatar and do a test Cass
I agree I think its got to do with the title picture you have been given

yeah it was the Rank image, came from photobucket and seems to have been deleted/moved
