I wouldn't necessarily call those cyber-punks and 'bullies "trolls", as the term "troll" didn't originally relate to those scumbag racists and interfering busybodies, but to an even worse breed of consistant troublemakers...

When are these young mothers going to learn simply to not post on public platforms where those nasty "trolls" are simply waiting to pounce ?

Much better all 'round if they only posted onto private pages for friends and family.. People still have to learn what not to post onto open/public social media, even though those racist scumbags having been carrying on for some years already.

(As for the mother's own suntan, I have cousins her colour -- and I can be that dark after being outside for two or three weeks too..).

The little girl looks gorgeous, she obviously has a dark skin colour to begin with and hasn't been burned by the sun, she is just dark.
I'm that colour in the summer, my son and grandson go the same shade on holiday, and we all use sun creams too.

The mum should however keep her daughters pics off social media where strangers can post whatever bile they like.

There's nothing wrong with the picture or the girls colour. She's not that dark she's brown. Like thousands of others. Aborigines are very black, she's nothing of the sort.

She should be able to put up her photo without comebacks. It's a lovely picture. I think she should still do it if that's what she wants, arseholes to the nasty eejits.

I read it as the posters think the mum is negligent in her duty of protecting the girl's delicate young skin against the sun. IE ignorance rather than nastiness.
