A Romanian rail worker offered a 16-year-old girl £30 for oral sex while she took her dog out for a walk. Petre Predut, 36, was sat in the back of his van holding his manhood with one hand and £30 in notes with the other when the teenager passed. She glanced in to the van as the sliding side door was open and was horrified by the perverted proposition, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard.
