A nation targeted with destruction by the Arabs, in numerous wars and what does Israel do once they win?

Seek peace and give up lands won in such conflicts.

5 times the Palestinian authority rejected that peace and nationhood.

It was the Oslo accords and then the withdrawl from Gaza by Israel, that created the ability of an independent Gazan Palestinian state.
