Im sure many PM's have been on the cards for killing. Back in the IRA days they stopped people being able to walk up to Downing Street, its got a gate and security now.

Idiots wouldn't have got anywhere near no 10, even if they had got through the gate, witch is doubtful there are marksmen in and around no 10.
