Why is Scotland so bad at Rugby?

Re: Why is Scotland so bad at Rugby?
Its not really rugby any more - getting more like American football all the time- not that there's anything wrong with American football for those who like it.
Rugby wasn't only about size and tackling everything it was also about being quite small compared to now and being able to avoid tackles, to dodge defenders etc. It could be compared to a dance one time, could be called the beautiful game if soccer hadn't used it first. I watched a programme recently with the golden years of the 70's and it had some of the really great players beautiful dummies swerves and dodges - a ballet of sport.

Really, with the reports of former players and what's happening to them due to concussions, I don't blame them! We should be taking a harder look at the issue among all forms of football.
