UN envoy ‘appalled’ by any who consider Jerusalem terrorists heroes
Nikolay Mladenov condemns ‘terrorist acts’ in the capital in which Border Police officer Hadas Malka was killed; funeral to be held Saturday night.
My thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims, and I wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” he said in a statement.
“I am appalled that once again some find it appropriate to justify such attacks as ‘heroic.’ They are unacceptable and seek to drag everyone into a new cycle of violence.”
Yoav Mordechai, head of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) office, blamed Palestinian incitement for the attack, and slammed Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah movement for behaving as though the three attackers were innocent youths. Fatah late Friday accused Israel of a “war crime” for killing the Palestinian assailants.
In an Arabic-language post to the COGAT Facebook page, Mordechai said: “The three thugs who carried out their cowardly terrorist act and killed the policewoman in Jerusalem received condolences from the Fatah organization, that claimed them to be innocents… as if they were executed for no reason… This is pure incitement to terrorism!”

Now can anyone imagine that those who murdered at London Bridge being seen by an authority in the UK as victims and considered a war crime, by the British Police taking out these murdering terrorists? Only in Israel do we see further proof of the Palestinian Authorities hate. When they try to make out these Palestinian terrorist murderers as victims.

I mean can you imagine the MAB and the MCB claiming that the terrorists killed in the act of murder, were victims of a war crime?
Its unbelievable and yet the world continues to pander to an organisation that pays people who have murdered Jews with a monthly salary. They dont pay any Palestinian who rapes and murders other Palestinians. Only those that murder Jews and here we see them claim its a war crime to take out those in the act of murdering innocent Jews.

Re: UN envoy ‘appalled’ by any who consider Jerusalem terrorists heroes
You have likely already heard about the terror attacks in Jerusalem’s Old City on Friday night, that resulted in the murder of one of our bravest and finest – 23-year-old border police officer Hadas Malka.
And the vile BBC headline.
So I want to turn your attention to on another aspect of this story: the reactions of the terrorist organizations, who clamored over each other to take responsibility for the terror attack.
AFP PHOTO / Thomas COEXPalestinian militants disputed an Islamic State claim Saturday that it was behind a deadly attack against Israel, saying it was their people who killed a female police officer on duty near Jerusalem’s Old City. Family members of the attackers said they were deeply religious men who acted on their own.IS issued a statement taking responsibility for the stabbing and shooting attacks Friday evening. If true, it would mark the first direct IS action against Israel and the group warned on its affiliate news agency it “will not be the last.”“Let the Jews expect the demise of their entity at the hands of the Caliphate soldiers,” it said, calling the attack “revenge for God’s religion and for the violated sanctities of Muslims.”However, the Hamas and People’s Front for the Liberation of Palestine militant groups quickly retorted that the three attackers who were killed were their members and accused IS of trying to undermine their efforts.
In their village of Deir Abu Mashal, near Ramallah, relatives of the three denied any connection to IS or the other groups. The Israeli military raided the village Saturday, imposing a closure, but officials also said Friday night’s attacks were carried out by local individuals without a formal link to any group.“The attack was carried out by three Palestinians, two PFLP members and a Hamas member,” said Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri, adding that IS claims that it carried out the attack are meant to sow confusion. The PFLP said its two attackers, 19-year-old Osama Ata and 18-year-old Baraa Ata, were members of the same clan who both spend time in Israeli prisons. The father of the third, 18-year-old Adel Ankoush, said his son was too young to belong to any faction. Hasan Ankoush said his son was a devout Muslim, who prayed five times a day and joined the non-Jihadi wing of the Islamic Salafi group.
So here we have IS, Hamas and PFLP claiming the murderers belonged to them, while the father of one of them claims otherwise. Clearly, at least one of the terror organizations is lying, yet they do so because it enhances their reputation.
Imagine that – boasting of killing a woman as being good for business. Sick does not begin to describe it. Yet we are somehow supposed to sit down and negotiate peace with such people?
No, we should negotiate with the PA, you might say. Well, this is what Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah had to say about the attack:
Fatah “condemns the war crime carried out by Israeli occupation forces in Jerusalem against three Palestinian teens,” spokesperson Osama al-Kawasme said in a statement. Fatah added that “the international community’s silence emboldened Israel to further spill the blood of Palestinians.”
Back to the terrorists claiming responsibility – IS and Hamas are Islamist terror organizations (the PFLP is secular Marxist). The IS statement makes clear their views on why killing Zionists Jews is a good thing:
“Let the Jews expect the demise of their entity at the hands of the Caliphate soldiers,” it said, calling the attack “revenge for God’s religion and for the violated sanctities of Muslims.”
Nope, not anger and frustration over the so-called “occupation.” This is about Islamic plans to re-establish a Caliphate.
Hamas are the same. Their charter (which is very much still applicable, despite their PR blitz) mentions the Caliphate and their goal to “raise the banner of Allah over every inch of Palestine.” Again, they are waging a religious war.
So I am not surprised about this statement by the father of one of the terrorists:
Hasan Ankoush said his son was a devout Muslim, who prayed five times a day and joined the non-Jihadi wing of the Islamic Salafi group.
Yet AP ends the report as follows
Palestinians say it stems from anger over decades of Israeli rule in territories they claim for their future state.
Similar to what others – including terror supporters – claim:
