The BBC and Corbyn.
So why DID the BBC edit the multi news interview with Corbyn to deliberatly omit his utter condemnation of the bombing which was at the start of the interview.
Sky ITN and Chsnnel 4 showed the whole interview in full.
More evidence of Conservative bias in the BBC?
It was splattered over the news last night.

That is what you are concerned about?
Not that 22 people have lost their lives and 59 are injured to this attack?
Your supposed insane view that the BBC is pro Tory, when its as left as it comes
For fuck sake

Disgusting
Those trying to garner political favour off the murder of innocents in a terrorist attack.

You can think what you like of me Andy
Not trying to dominate or control posts
What I do is rightly be critical of people who use a terrorist event to garner political favour for any side, no matter whether that be Tory, Labour, Liberal etc
You did so here and even admitted the BBC were wrong for doing so, which would make you wrong also
Go figure
What you have to learn to do is take criticism, because you clearly have no problem giving criticism, but throw your dummy out when its given to you.
That is clearly a double standard by you

You clearly cannot see the issue.
When 1 poster makes 70% of all posts on a well populated forum, that is dominating the forum.
Its the BBC who are turning the atrocity into political gain by judicious and selective editing of an open speech made by Corbyn.
Why would they do that?

So you are jealous of how much I post, which is then your own failing, not mine.
The only person I see making a political point on this, was you with this thread.
You care more about the image of Corbyn, than you do for the victims of this attack.
I find that disgusting

No.
Unlike you, I don't have an opinion on EVERY topic, and like every other poster on here, I don't feel the need to post my thoughts on everything.
I have better things to do with my life.

It seems to me you are very bitter about me, a clear sign of jealousy.
Like I say, it just proves you cannot take criticism
My view would stand to anyone making a view on the Political parties here off the terrorist attack, after they have all agreed to suspend campaigning.
Or did you not get your memo from comrade Corbyn on that?

I have to defend Andy a bit here. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with him re the subject, but it's a valid topic for discussion. Like it or not, the election will go ahead, and Corbyn does have to be seen to be doing and saying the right thing after the issues about the IRA and Hamas, etc.

I have not dished Corbyn and I don't think anyone has for his views on this terrorist act.
Buts its very poor to go off about this before the bodies of those murdered have not even gotten cold yet.
Hence why all parties suspended campaigning for the moment, as what matters more is unity in this country at a time like this.
So his views were poor to say the least

So should anyone be posting about anything else then in your opinion? It's a valid discussion. Corbyn has a reputation for being a tad too sympathetic towards terrorists, and that could make the difference between someone voting Labour and not voting Labour. The election isn't going to be cancelled.

Basically no they should not use the death of victims to garner sympathy for a political leader, do you see anyone else making political points off this terrorist act around the political parties?
I don;t, do you?
Has Corbyn been shown on TV on all channels stating his views on this?
Yes
So to make political points off this, is piss poor and is thinking more of Corbyns PR than that of the victims.
I would think any politician is the last thing on peoples mind after an attack, but the victims and their families.
Would you not agree?

They completely are when they place the perception of a political leader of a Political party based off the victims of a terrorist attack. Over that of the victims and their families.

I do hope you haven't been slagging off Islam again then Didge. That would be most distasteful and rather political, don't you think?

Why would it be distasteful, to be critical of Islam when the act was committed in the name of Islam?
Are you claiming this was not an Islamic terrorist attack?
You can do as you please, but I think many people are tired of people like you trying to distance what is a glaring factor of this terrorism.

Not surw why they would need to edit a statement in such a way.

Re: The BBC and Corbyn.
No need to apologise Raggs. I am not Corbyns biggest fan.
But I am a huge fan of his costed and fair manifesto. Fair to students. Workers. The poor. The ill. The elderly. Neutral for the feckless and lazy. Tougher on the really wealthy. And brutal on the tax dodgers.
Compared to the uncosted tory manifesto which is the polar opposite.
Hitting kids. The poor. The ill. The elderly. Dementia sufferers. Helping the rich. And big business. And fox hunting squires. And ivory traders. And tax dodgers. And private health companies.

I said in another thread that some of his policies quite appealed to me, but I still can't get past this IRA thing. I just don't like the way he avoids the direct questions put to him and gets irritable with the interviewers.
