Haha...it's a joke. A lot more deaths were associated with the names of GW Bush and Dick Cheney, in Iraq...and few people mind. In fact, there are those who applaud it.

They died...of various means and various causes. People die...shit happens.
And in particular, Washington is a very dangerous place. Guns are legal in the US, and one of the places where guns appear disproportionately is Washington. But it's not as if the US Military invaded Washington DC, like Iraq.
