ANOTHER DANGEROUS ABUSER WALKS FREE FROM COURT!

27 APR 2017 — I thought I would share this latest case which was heard by Wigan Magistrates Court.

Another dangerous perpetrator walking away from court a free man, this was after he stamped on the victim's head five times.

This is the battle we have with the judiciary system. We need a Domestic Abuse Law asap, along with specialist domestic abuse training for all Magistrates & Judges because it is clear they do not understand it.

I just hope with media pressure and more signatures gained on this petition that the CPS & Magistrates will review this sentence.

The abuser has shown no remorse. There has been no deterrent by way of a custodial sentence and no perpetrator course.

What the heck does 'Rehabilitation activity requirements' mean?

He should have received a jail sentence and intensive anger management therapy.
Maybe he will when he kills his next victim...because showing the sort of escalating violence he demonstrated to his ex that's possibly what will happen..

I am going to sign the petition.
Remember a few weeks ago a judge let another violent abuser off because his girlfriend had not been vulnerable enough? After an outcry by the public the case was recalled and the man was rightly given a jail sentence.
I don't know which planet some of these judges are on tbh.
