Suspect in Fresno shooting rampage spoke about racial conflict and black nationalism

The suspect in a series of shootings in downtown Fresno wrote frequently about the conflict between whites and blacks and did not seem well in recent days, according to family members.

Kori Ali Muhammad, 39, has been arrested in the shootings, which killed three people. Police have not provided a motive in the attack. As he was taken into custody, he yelled out “Allahu Akbar,” Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said. But officials emphasized that they were not sure whether this was an act of terrorism.

With a cross suspended from his forehead?? I doubt he would be allowed into the mosque.

To a Muslim, the cross is symbolic of the Crusades, which made terrorists of Christians in their world. It would be sacrilege for a Muslim to wear a cross.

The Fresno police have assured that it is not a terrorist act. He was out on bail, having just been sentenced back to prison. He was bitter, and vowed to kill some people. Nut case.

that's not a cross it an Ankh it an Ancient Egyptian Symbol for 'eternal life' , if you look closely it even has a Pharaonic image on it.
Although the Coptic Christian do use it too, like the Irish Catholics they merged a lot of their traditional iconography with early Christianity.

His first outfit suggests Egyptian Coptic Christians...
His second costume there has a hint of Voodoo about it..

Looks like a nutter who likes "playing dressups".

I think the second one is newer if you look closely he has added an extra crystal to the end of his 'horn' and the second string of dangling rocks/ornaments are sitting over the ankh.

the horn makes me think he is a brony Razz

Yeah I though of voodoo too. He's very odd.

Akah? Ancient Egyptian? It is a cross to a Muslim. These guys don't get into fine points much. They don't like art (cartoons); they do like beards. That's about it.

It's gotta vertical piece, and a cross bar. If the guy were a Muslim he sees it as a Christian icon, and that's anathema to the Islamic tradition. These guys are not real deep. They are the proverbial hill shepards.
