Dallas Police Shooting Suspect Shot After Stand-Off
police headquarters in Dallas has come under attack. A man fled the scene in an "armoured van" reportedly after firing shots at the building and has been shot by a sniper. His condition is unknown at present.

Right now, it's just another shooting. But I want to know more about the facts and back story. Who is this guy? What was his message?
