Joseph Robertson was an infantryman in the U.S. Army during World War II. This is his story about shooting a German soldier he asked to surrender that still haunts him decades later. Stories like these can prevent WW III. Share them.

I know of a few people who said their dad's were never the same when they came back from WW2.
In those days there was no counselling, so many just kept what they had seen and done locked inside them....they died with it.
