Cancer cure ?????
Having just read back what didge said in the thread 'talking down others on the forum '
Something just came to mind - he claimed 'there is no cure for cancer ' this just sparked a couple of things in my mind .
If there is no cure cancer - why do we have so many people going for cancer treatments .?
And why are alternative cures spoken against mainly on the grounds that they cannot be proven to cure , this seems hypocritical ??

Re: Cancer cure ?????

Which shows you do not understand cancer
There is no cures, we treat against cancer and where successful, those tumors go into remission.
Some can be cut out, but the problem is, if they then later reappear.
Hence why you do not know what you are talking about

Well that's contradictory isn't - can we cure or can't we cure it - make your mind up

There is no cure for cancer, and have stated this already
So its not a contradiction.
We can treat early cancers, but not cure them.
Like I said, educate yourself by watching the video
At least you are proving my point, that you have not even a basic understanding of cancer, which is very scary

Re: Cancer cure ?????
the trouble is you are talking at cross purposes
and VoD doesnt seem to understand the use of "cure" in reference to cancer.....
there IS indeed NO CURE for cancer, as in say penicillin is a cure for tonsillitis
or
tetracycline is a cure for syphylis
that is to say here take this pill for 10 days and presto no more illness
there however are of course individual treatments which will rid a person of a given cancer but these are inconsistant, need individual tailoring and are not guaranteed to work...though many have a high success rate ....but this ISNT a "cure for cancer" the treatment "cures" the individual....of his/her individual cancer......
and even then due to the nature of most cancers, the individual has stiil a high likelyhood of getting it again since by definition cancer is a mutation in the dna of the individual, and killing off the cancer doesnt remove the inherent cause....
