Berlin terror attack: Suspect killed (UPDATED)

At least nine people have been killed and more than 50 injured after a lorry ploughed through a crowd of shoppers at 40mph in a busy Christmas market in Berlin.
German police at the scene have indicated the incident is likely to be a terror attack.
The vehicle sped through a crowd of shoppers at the market on Breitscheidplatz Square near the Kurfuerstendamm Avenue in west Berlin.
The driver of the truck is now in police custody after initially fleeing the scene, while a passenger in the vehicle died in the crash.

The shooting came as Germany was reeling from an attack on Monday in Berlin, where a truck rammed into a Christmas market and killed 12 people. Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Tuesday that the assault was a terrorist attack.
The police have not identified a motive for the attack on the Islamic center, which was largely frequented by members of the Somali community in Zurich. The results of the investigation were scheduled to be released at a news conference later on Tuesday, the police said.

Earlier, German prosecutors released the only suspect who had been held, citing insufficient evidence. He had been identified by media only as Pakistani national Naved B.

Officials suggested that a perpetrator or perpetrators might be on the run.

Before the man was released late on Tuesday, German officials said they could not be be sure if he was involved in the attack.

"We have to entertain the theory that the detainee might possibly not have been the perpetrator," federal prosecutor Peter Frank told reporters.
The style of attack and the target suggested Islamic extremism, he said.

It's often been pointed out that no matter how  extensively severe the fire or bomb or shooting is, the 'authorities' always manage to find a number of pristine passports amongst the rubble - even when everything else is burnt to a crisp. Hmmm.

But nevermind all that, there will be plenty of time to investigate and discuss that later, the fact remains that a dozen or so innocent souls lie dead. Just before christmas too. And that is very, very sad. Shame on those who perpetrate this sort of evil.

Judging from reports that the Polish driver fought for his life, and the ensuing struggle, it's perfectly feasible that something might have dropped from the killers clothing. Anyway, his DNA should be all over the truck.

I spent months on here showing some of these attacks as false flags, but people only see what they want to.
Some people simply can't get their heads round the fac that with enough money and power anything is possible.

He's been shot dead.

By chance he was stopped by police doing a routine check in Milan (seems he was free to travel around unhindered)he shot a policeman, not fatally, and the cops shot him dead.

I would very much doubt whether anyone intent on murder who had just deliberately driven a lorry into a crowded area would hang around long enough to collect his personal belongings before baling out and legging it.
