I was too young (by a month) to vote for Clinton the first time, but I did happily in 1996, because he was running against not only the inept Bob Dole, but the increasingly radical GOP led by Newt Gingrich and the likes of people who wanted to "make the government small enough to drown in the bathtub." He was also doing a pretty decent job, particularly with the economy.

JFK was killed 11 years before I was born. He means nothing to me.

Men will be crude at times (I personally don't make friends with men like that) but as Eddie said, Trump is running for president. So let's imagine a 2005 version of then-Senator Obama saying he was a star and could fuck any woman he wanted.

I seriously doubt Republicans would accept the discussion of that being deflected to, for example, a discussion of how Gingrich cheated on his wife and then asked her to sign divorce papers while she was in the hospital recovering from surgery, or how GOP nominee Herman Cain sexually harassed three women who worked for him, or how former GOP candidate Chris Myers cheated on his wife with a "rentboy" he found online, or Mark Sanford, John Ensign, Larry Craig, David Vitter, Mark Foley, Jack Ryan, Rudy Giulliani, Henry Hyde or "the Bobs" Livingston and Packwood or any of the many, many Republicans who have cheated on their spouses.

Let's also not forget this plank in the GOP platform:

That was a humiliating time for Hilary, I think many women wondered why she stayed with him.

They both sank pretty low in the 2nd debate imo.
It was more an opportunity to reveal private dirt on each other than a chance to tell the people what they would do for their country if they were elected.

I thought our politicians were bad.....these two are horrendous.
If this is the best the USA has to offer to lead one of the most powerful countries in the world....they, and probably the rest of us if he gets in...are, like HT said... doomed. Evil or Very Mad

I thought the second presidential debate was another clear win for Hillary. She didn't go low, following the advice of Michelle Obama. She took the high road and stuck to matters of policy.

Hillary ignored Trump, as you would a bum in the gutter. That's after all where he finds himself; why would she join him there merely because he's shouting up at her? Ignore him and his minus 9-points in the polls.

The only reason to have these debates is to frame Trump's behavior. As she said, you can't dignify him by actually speaking to him.

The best personal question they were asked was the last one....I think that said as much about them as anything else.
Hilary was gracious in saying she admired the way he was with his family and congratulated him for having good kids.
He commented on her ability to never give up....I thought both of them seemed human, almost likeable when they answered that one.
